How your review is handled

This review page is run by Northwind Digital for the business you dealt with. Here is what happens to what you enter.

What is collected

Your star rating, and anything you choose to type: a testimonial with the name you enter, or a private message with a phone number or email if you would like a call back. Nothing is required except the rating.

To count each visitor once and stop abuse, the page sets one cookie holding a random identifier that says nothing about you and is never shared, and records a scrambled version of your internet address that cannot be turned back into the address.

Where it goes

Private feedback goes to the business and to Northwind Digital. It is never published.

A testimonial is published on the business’s website only if you tick the box allowing it and the business approves it. Every place it appears includes an email address you can use to have it removed.

If you choose to review on Google, Facebook or another platform, you leave this page and their own policies apply.

Who holds it

Northwind Digital is responsible for this data. It is stored by the software provider that hosts this page on Northwind Digital’s behalf, under a contract that limits its use to running the page.

Your choices

You can ask Northwind Digital to show you, correct or delete anything you entered, or to take down a published testimonial. Email hello@northwinddigital.example.
