Help and contact
One address for questions, problems, ideas and feedback, and what to put in the message.
One address for everything, whether or not you have a workspace yet: a question before you sign up, something that is not working, a feature you wish existed, or a word on what your clients made of it.
Questions, before or after you sign up
You do not need a workspace to ask. Whether Starkeel fits the way your agency works, how something behaves, what a plan includes: write, and say roughly what your agency does and how many clients you look after, so the answer fits. More than 50 clients? This is also where to ask for volume pricing.
Some answers are already written:
- The live demo is a working dashboard you can click through without signing up.
- Pricing shows what each plan holds.
- The review page and compliance explains why this is not review gating.
- The Reseller kit covers what to charge your clients and how to roll it out.
- The privacy page lists what is stored about your clients' customers, and for how long.
Something is not working
A few things are quicker to fix than to write up:
- Locked out? Forgot your password? on the login page sends a reset link.
- A review page says “This page isn't live yet”? Your login address has not been confirmed. Click the link we emailed when you signed up; the banner at the top of your dashboard sends a fresh one.
- Feedback alerts not arriving? They wait for that same confirmation, and your own test scans never send one. Then check Feedback and testimonial alerts on Account: alerts may be switched off there, or going to a different address. Alert emails has the detail.
- A client's Google link looks wrong? Finding a client's Google review link shows how to check it in a minute.
- A custom domain stuck at not live yet? The steps under the badge name the record that is still missing; Custom domains explains each one.
- A customer wants their testimonial taken down? You can delete it yourself; Removal requests covers it.
For anything else (a page that will not load, a QR code that opens the wrong client, a number on the leaderboard that looks wrong), write and include:
- Your agency name or workspace address (
yourname.starkeel.com), so we open the right workspace. - The client or technician involved, if there is one.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The reference from a “Something went wrong” page or message, if you saw one.
- A screenshot, if it saves you a paragraph.
Never send a customer's phone number or email. If a piece of feedback is the problem, name the client and the time it arrived and we will find it.
Feature requests and feedback
If Starkeel is missing something, or something works but gets in your way, say so. A request is most useful when it describes the job rather than the feature:
- What you were trying to do, and for which kind of client.
- What you do instead today, even if that is a spreadsheet or a second tool.
- How often it comes up, and for how many of your clients.
Feedback does not have to be a request. What a client said when they saw their report, the question a technician asked about the card, the sentence in these docs that sent you the wrong way, the reason you decided not to sign up or to cancel: all of it is worth sending, and one line is enough.
Billing and plans
Plan changes, your card and invoices are all on Plan & billing. Email if that page refuses something, if an invoice looks wrong, or if you need a subscription changed in a way the page does not offer.
Suspended workspaces
A suspended workspace is read-only and its public review pages are off. That only happens after we have found a problem with how the service is being used. The dashboard banner names the address; email it and we will tell you what we found and what happens next.
